Calendar module - Schedules

How to add a schedule:

Click on the selected day.
On the right, click on + Add schedule.
Select schedule type. Fixed hours of start and end, or Flexible with option to set number of working hours.
Additional options

Overtime schedule – the whole day is counted as overtime.
Count overtime before schedule – if employee clocks in before the schedule, every minute will be counted as an overtime
Count overtime after schedule - if employee clocks out after the schedule, every minute will be counted as an overtime
Add automatic break - after selecting this option, specify the duration in minutes for the day. As a result, users do not have to report an event break manually.

Optionally you can define the position.
Click Save.
*The schedule has been planned. Now select employees and click the blue button Publish.
That’s all!

Publish ✅

It’s the approval of prepared Schedule. Until you don’t publish Schedule, it will not be available for employees. Remember to select the employees to whom you want to publish the work schedule - then the Publish button will become active.

Attendance list report

The purpose of the Attendance list report is to display information about the attendance status of employees, their reported statuses: ${color}[#62c03b](Clock In) / ${color}[#fe6f5e](Clock Out) and additional ones. On the tiles you will also see information about time off requests and business trips.

The most important elements of the Attendance Report are ** types of displayed graphics **. 💡 Available ** Statuses ** you will see always on the left side in the State section.

Green tile 🟩

Signals that the employee has correctly reflected the ${color}[#62c03b](Clock in) / ${color}[#fe6f5e](Clock out) and additional statuses. If you use the Scheduling module, it also means that the employee worked the day according to the planned schedule.

Yellow tile 🟨

Warns that the employee showed up at work, but was late or left work too early. On such a day, there was no compliance with the planned work schedule. Just click on a tile to learn more details and make the necessary changes (on the right side).

Blue tile 🟦

Informs about the occurring overtime on that day.

Gray rounded tile

Informs that the considered absence, reported by the application, takes place on this day.

Delegation

It shows the name of the delegation at the bottom of the tile.

The strip on the tile

It is an abbreviation of the name

Delete account

Unrubble is the great solution for multiple types of businesses, however what can we do If we decide to resign?

Stop logging into your account 💨

First possible step is just stop logging into your account. Stored data will be available if you decide to return. After the 14-day trial period is over, the application will ask you what plan you wanna. Remember Starter plan is always free. 👌

Delete an account ❌

Below you will find out how you can permanently and irretrievably delete the entire account with all data.

Go to:

Settings (right upper corner)
Advanced
Delete whole organization

Select from the list the reason why you want to delete the account.
Enter your account password.
Click Delete.
Confirm account deletion.

❗ ** After this operation, your account will be completely deleted along with all data, without any possibility of restoring it, even for a fee. **

Module Requests

Requests module is used to mark all absences in the company, including sick leaves, and offers the possibility of submitting any applications with their own purposes, such as remote work, private break, overtime, equipment assignment, etc. You’re able to run a fully digital workflow for time off applications with it.

Requests

General information

The employee may submit a request for time off, then the responsible person has the opportunity to decide on their application.
Leave reporting is possible from Web App (browser) and the employee mobile application called Unrubble: your work life - an active employee account is required for this.
Administrator or another authorized person (manager, superior, etc.) can add each application on behalf of an employee.
✨ ** Information about the time off days used by the employee, along with the still left number of days for a given year, are visible in the Requests view > Three dots > Request overview ** - the limit data should be completed in the employee's card.
✨ Unused time off days, depending on the setting, can be automatically carried over to the next year. This setting can be found in Team > Chart of Employee > Requests Limits.

How to start using the Unrubble system?

What should you do to start using Unrubble? Look into basic steps to get acquainted with the platform.

Account creation

To create an account, all you need to do is go to the Unrubble.com website and click the button in the upper right corner Get started. Then enter your email and define a password.

After creating an account, the first time you run it, you will be asked for the type of account you want to create:

ORGANIZATION - this is an administrator account that will give you access to all Unrubble's capabilities. Select this option if you want to test access to all Unrubble functions for free for 14 days.
EMPLOYEE - this is an account for an employee who wants to join an existing organization. If you are the administrator and want to test the tool, please do not select this option.

After selecting the mode, the application will start in the main admin panel. From this level, you can make any changes, add employees, their work schedules, holidays and check working time records.
