You will find the limits and the number of days used in the appropriate columns, eg SL - sick leave, etc. Remember that the limits will only appear if they have been set correctly before.
In the new version of Unrubble, we have added the Break status as a native feature of the platform. We did this because we noticed that many companies using Unrubble are adding this status on their own. If you represent such a company, after introducing a new platform, you will see a double status with a similar name - the system one and the one added by your company before the system introduction. To eliminate the double Break status, move to the Time Tracking tab and select the Work Statuses option. Next to the Break status, click the trash can icon to the right of the status name.
Information about changes in Unrubble - both about the new version, downtime and training information about new modules - were sent out regularly by e-mail from April 29, 2022. In addition, more important alerts appeared as automated messages sent via Unrubble's internal Help chat.
If you have not seen a message from us before, please make sure that the e-mail address provided on the platform is up-to-date and correct. You can also check if the messages have not run into your Spam folder - in this case the sender's address should be added to the address book or moved from the Spam folder to the main messages folder and marked as safe.
On the new platform, you must first renew your subscriptions. Click the green button Resubscribe. Then you will be able to edit the plan and pay for it.
Remember to add the payment method, and also check the details for the invoice.
No, the previous version was irreversibly migrated to the new Unrubble version.
