# Confirm user e-mail error

## Confirm user e-mail error

Sometimes happens that after clicking on the invitation link, the application returns _Confirm user e-mail error_.
If employee experienced _Confirm user e-mail error_, you can send an invitation again. 

As an Administrator or another authorized person go to the `Team` view, on the right next to the name click the `three dots` and choose `Re-invite` button to resend the invitation.

If the button isn’t available, employee has to use the forgotten password form: [Forgot Password](https://unrubble.com/app/password-reset)
